Divine Dark Chocolate & Date Bars

These divine no-bake dark chocolate & date ‘snicker’ bars hit the spot for an afternoon snack or something sweet post dinner. You can batch cook them and store them in your freezer for future snacks.
Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate
- 3 medjool dates, in pieces
- 1 small banana
- 5 rice cakes, crushed
- 80g peanut butter
- 100g maple syrup
- 25g peanuts
Method
- Combine the maple syrup and peanut butter into a bowl. Crumble in the rice cakes and peanuts. Mix altogether and add to a small tray lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate
- Add the pieces of dates and sliced banana evenly on top of the mixture
- Cover with chocolate and place in the freezer for an hour.
