I offer one-to-one online nutrition consultations, providing a personalised approach tailored to your needs and values. My goal is to help you nourish your body while balancing a busy lifestyle and enjoying the foods you love. Throughout your journey, I provide continuous support and accountability to keep you motivated every step of the way.

Working with me will empower you to confidently set and achieve your goals, laying the foundation for long-term success. My approach focuses on simple, accessible nutrition guidance to help you maintain a healthier body and mind with ease.

About Niamh

Brought up in Cornwall, I have a deep connection to the outdoors and a passion for walking and running in nature. I’m based between Cornwall and London in the UK, giving me the opportunity to connect with a diverse range of people and run my nutrition business online.

I am an experienced Public Health Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) registered with the Association for Nutrition. This ensures that I provide evidence-based nutrition, continue my professional development by keeping up with the latest research and have the public in my best interest when working together by preventing misinformation and busting nutrition myths.

I’ve been a qualified Nutritionist for over 8 years working in both the NHS and private sector and have successfully supported my clients to cultivate a healthier lifestyle by nourishing both body and mind through balanced nutrition. My mission is to support you to foster lifelong healthier habits and behaviour change whilst still enjoying your favourite foods guilt-free.

Research highlights that the first 1000 days, from preconception to a child’s second birthday, are critical for growth and development and future health. This sparked my passion for supporting expectant mothers. I have guided mums-to-be through their pregnancy journey and beyond using evidence-based resources, practical tools, and my expert knowledge. Together, we work to ensure you feel nourished, empowered, and supported throughout your pregnancy while managing common symptoms like cravings, nausea, fatigue, and food aversions.

I hold a BSc in Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University and have had diverse experience working with children, families, adults and expecting parents. My background has equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and expertise to confidently support clients in achieving optimal nutrition – an essential foundation for both physical and mental well-being.

I also have a Breastfeeding Diploma. I look forward to sharing more evidence-based information with you over on my Instagram @nutritiondunneright.
