About Niamh
Raised in Cornwall, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the outdoors and have a real passion for walking and running in nature. Now based between Cornwall and London, I work online with clients, allowing me to connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
I am a Public Health Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) with the Association for Nutrition. This means I provide evidence-based nutrition guidance, stay up to date with the latest research through ongoing professional development, and always work with your best interests at heart, cutting through misinformation and busting common nutrition myths.
I have eight years’ experience as a qualified nutritionist, having worked across both the NHS and private sector. During this time, I’ve supported clients to cultivate healthier lifestyles by nourishing both body and mind through balanced, realistic nutrition. My mission is to help you build lifelong healthy habits and sustainable behaviour change, while still enjoying your favourite foods, completely guilt-free.
I hold a BSc in Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University and have diverse experience working with children, families, adults, and expecting parents. This background has equipped me with the knowledge and confidence to support clients in achieving optimal nutrition, which forms a vital foundation for both physical and mental wellbeing.
I also hold a Breastfeeding Diploma and have a special interest in supporting parents during this important stage.
