Rosemary & red onion veggie sausages, homemade slaw and salad with siracha sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 x wholegrain pitta
  • 2 veggie sausages – I used Linda Mc. rosemary and red onion veggies and cooked them according to pack instructions
  • Homemade slaw – recipe on my Instagram, link in bio
  • Lettuce, washed
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 x salad tomato, sliced
  • A squeeze of siracha sauce or chilli oil
Method
  1. Cook the sausages according to pack instructions
  2. Slice the pitta bread open and add the fillings
  3. Eat or take to work 🙂

If you don’t have time to cook veggie sausages, add halloumi or feta instead! Or lean meat such as chicken if you eat meat.
