Gooey Chocolate & Raspberry Brownies

These gooey chocolate raspberry brownies are delicious and an absolute crowd winner. Add little easter bunnies on top for this easter celebrations – enjoy!
Ingredients
- 175g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 175g chocolate (a mix of dark and milk choc)
- 150g butter
- 100g plain flour
- 225g raspberries (frozen works too!)
- 100g chocolate chips (I used 50g milk, 50g white)
Method
- Beat the eggs with sugar in a bowl
- Melt the chocolate and butter together
- Mix the egg and chocolate mixtures together
- Stir in the flour and beat thoroughly
- Mix in the raspberries and chocolate chips
- Pour into a tin and bake for 30 minutes at 160 degrees then 180 degrees for 15 minutes (this was perfect for my oven, I hope it works for yours too!)
- Add little easter bunny chocolates on top as an extra easter special!
- Cool on a wire rack and cut into squares
