Halloumi & Slaw Wrap

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 Wholegrain wrap
  • 3 slices of halloumi
  • 3-4 tbsp homemade slaw
  • handful of mixed rocket, spinach, watercress
  • 4-5 slices of cucumber
  • Sriracha

Combine all the ingredients into the wrap, roll up and enjoy as a really delicious and quick lunch
