Salmon, lemony asparagus, roasted vegetables and mash

Ingredients
- Salmon fillet
- Asparagus
- lemon
- peppers
- courgette
- carrots
- dried mixed herbs
- paprika
- potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 knob of butter
- Splash of milk
Method:
- Boil your potatoes for 20 minutes on a medium heat. Leave to cool for 5 mins. Mash with a fork or masher mixed with some milk and butter
- Roast the vegetables for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees with mixed herbs and paprika
- Meanwhile, cook the salmon fillet for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. Check it’s cooked through
- Steam the asparagus
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon
