High Fibre Toast Toppings

Toast with peanut butter, banana and chia seeds

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice wholegrain bread, toasted
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 tbsp crunchy nut peanut butter
  • pinch of chia seeds

Method:

  1. Pop your toast in the toaster.
  2. Spread the peanut butter, sliced banana and sprinkle some chia seeds on top

Choosing wholegrain bread will add more fibre to your diet, something we all need more of. This is a very quick breakfast that will keep you full until lunch and is easy to assemble. Find other high fibre recipes here
