GLOW Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 handfuls of frozen berries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 4 large ice cubes ice
  • 50ml of oat milk
  • 1tsp flaxseed
  • Homemade granola on top

Method:

  1. Add banana, berries, kiwi, ice oat milk and flaxseed to the blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle granola on top

This smoothie bowl is so delicious even in autumn and winter. It’s refreshing after a hot run and it’s high in vitamin C and vitamin E which we need for a healthy immune system. If you like it thicker, add less milk or if you prefer it thinner, add less ice.
