GLOW Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 handfuls of frozen berries
- 1 kiwi
- 4 large ice cubes ice
- 50ml of oat milk
- 1tsp flaxseed
- Homemade granola on top
Method:
- Add banana, berries, kiwi, ice oat milk and flaxseed to the blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a bowl and sprinkle granola on top
This smoothie bowl is so delicious even in autumn and winter. It’s refreshing after a hot run and it’s high in vitamin C and vitamin E which we need for a healthy immune system. If you like it thicker, add less milk or if you prefer it thinner, add less ice.
