I offer one-to-one online nutrition consultations, providing a personalised approach tailored to your needs and values. My goal is to help you nourish your body while balancing a busy lifestyle and enjoying the foods you love. Together, we’ll identify and overcome any barriers that may be holding you back, then set small, realistic, and achievable goals – key to building sustainable, long-term habits. Throughout your journey, I provide continuous support and accountability to keep you motivated every step of the way.

About Niamh
Brought up in Cornwall, I have a deep connection to the outdoors and a passion for walking and running in nature. I’m based between the UK and Geneva, giving me the opportunity to connect with a diverse range of people and run my nutrition business online.
I am an experienced Registered Nutritionist (RNutr) registered with the Association for Nutrition. I have worked within the NHS children’s weight management services in London, specialising in infant nutrition, fussy eating, and food refusal. My focus has been on behavior change and fostering healthy habits for children and families. Research highlights that the first 1000 days, from preconception to a child’s second birthday, are critical for growth and development. This understanding sparked my passion for supporting expectant mothers.
I have guided many mums-to-be through their pregnancy journey using evidence-based resources, practical tools, and expert education. Together, we work to ensure you feel nourished, empowered, and supported throughout your pregnancy while managing common symptoms like cravings, nausea, fatigue, and food aversions.
I hold a BSc in Nutrition from Oxford Brookes University and have diverse experience across the voluntary sector, private sector, and NHS, working with children, families, adults and expecting parents. My background has equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and expertise to confidently support clients in achieving optimal nutrition – an essential foundation for both physical and mental well-being.
I am currently studying a post graduate course in Breastfeeding and Lactation to become a Lactation Consultant and look forward to sharing more evidence-based information with you over on my Instagram @nutritiondunneright.
